This website and the associated game server are unofficial, community-driven projects. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NCSoft or any of its subsidiaries.

Intellectual Property: All trademarks, service marks, and game content (including but not limited to graphics, lore, and software code) belong to their respective owners.

Educational/Fair Use: This server is provided as a non-profit/community service for educational and nostalgic purposes, aimed at maintaining a specific historical version of the game.

No Warranty & Service Continuity

By accessing this server, you acknowledge that:

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime, nor do we guarantee the permanent storage of player data or character progress.
  • The server may be modified, updated, or taken offline at any time without prior notice.

Virtual Items & Donations

  • DonationsAny financial contributions made are considered voluntary donations to support server maintenance, hosting costs, and development.
  • No OwnershipPlayers do not "buy" or "own" virtual items. Contributions may grant "Reward Points" or "In-Game Items" as a thank-you, but these remain the property of the server and have no real-world monetary value.
  • Refund PolicyAll donations are final. Because rewards are digital and immediate, we generally do not offer refunds.

User Conduct & Security

Account SafetyYou are responsible for the security of your account. Do not use the same password you use for official services.
Third-Party SoftwareThe use of unauthorized bots, scripts, or exploits that give an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban without refund of any donations.
